1. Agency Engagement & Scope Deliverables
Karma Circuit agrees to perform growth audit services, AEO schema deployment, Next.js web development, and CRM pipeline automation according to the selected scope defined in the client Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for an audit sprint or monthly retainer scope, 100% ownership of all custom Next.js source code, React component libraries, Figma designs, schema scripts, and CRM automation rules transfers to the client.
Karma Circuit retains no proprietary claim or lock-in licensing rights over client codebases.
3. Payment Terms & Billing Sprints
Growth Sprint retainers are billed on a monthly recurring basis at the start of each growth cycle. Fixed scope audits are billed 50% upon project kickoff and 50% upon final delivery of code and documentation.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with standard corporate commercial practice. Questions regarding SLAs may be addressed to legal@karmacircuit.com.
